Introducing the “Scope” All Leather N-1 deck jacket from C-WORKS.

The N-1 DECK JACKET has long been regarded as a winter outerwear staple and has been reproduced by numerous brands over the years.

With “Scope,” C-WORKS reinterprets this classic N-1 through its own perspective, creating a luxurious leather version from the outer shell to the lining.

The main material is 1.1–1.2mm horsehide.

Inspired by the dense cotton grosgrain commonly known as “Jungle Cloth,” which was used on vintage N-1 jackets, the leather surface is embossed at a fine pitch to recreate its characteristic vertical ridged texture.

The color is OLIVE, developed with vintage deck jackets in mind.

The full vegetable-tanned horsehide is drum-dyed through the core and heavily infused with oil, resulting in a supple, slightly moist hand that feels smooth and substantial.

Natural oil marks and variations in color may appear across the surface, giving each jacket its own individual character.

With continued wear, fine creases will develop and areas exposed to friction will gradually lose color, creating the distinctive contrast and aging unique to horsehide.

Another major feature of “Scope” is its lining.

While original N-1 jackets typically use alpaca or wool pile, this model is lined with mouton throughout the collar, body, and sleeves.

The natural sheepskin provides a remarkably smooth feel and excellent insulation, while remaining soft and comfortable against the body despite the jacket’s substantial appearance.

The combination of rugged horsehide on the outside and soft mouton on the inside gives the jacket both the presence of a leather jacket and the comfort required from a true winter outerwear piece.

The silhouette retains the American proportions associated with the N-1 while being carefully patterned to follow the body without becoming overly bulky, even with the full mouton construction.

SIZE INFORMATION / How to Choose Your Size

Body length is measured in a straight line from the center back of the neck to the hem. Chest width is measured straight across near the underarms with the garment laid flat.

Shoulder width is measured in a straight line from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. Sleeve length is measured from the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff.

Because this jacket is fully lined with mouton, the interior has more volume than a standard N-1 or leather jacket. Please take your preferred inner layers into account when choosing your size.
