Introducing the Oklahoma City Mouton leather jacket from HIGHLARGE LEATHERS.

HIGHLARGE LEATHERS first appeared in 2015 and quickly became known for helping popularize the G-jacket style leather jacket.

After a sudden suspension of activity and a long period of silence, the brand has finally returned.

The Oklahoma City Mouton represents a return to the brand's roots, reinterpreting a classic 1st Type denim jacket silhouette in luxurious sheepskin mouton.

The jacket is made from North American sheepskin hides that are tanned in Japan. Including the wool pile, the mouton measures approximately 3mm thick.

The long wool fibers are curled to create additional volume while allowing the material to sit closely against the body, providing excellent warmth and insulation.

The jacket is designed so that the mouton is intentionally exposed along the panel seams, creating a distinctive visual detail that works naturally with the mouton collar.

With continued wear, both the leather and the wool gradually soften and settle, allowing the jacket to develop a richer and more individual character over time.

The concept behind the design is based on the idea: “What if the mouton construction seen on vintage 3rd Type jackets had also existed in a 1st Type version?”

To create a mouton jacket in this G-jacket style, HIGHLARGE LEATHERS developed the pattern completely from scratch.

Despite the substantial volume of the mouton, the jacket is carefully shaped to maintain a clean and stylish silhouette when worn.

The measurements above are actual garment measurements taken by Amboy.
Chest width is measured flat in a straight line near the underarm area.

Because this jacket is made from thick mouton, the actual internal space is smaller than the exterior garment measurements may suggest.

The fit will therefore feel different from a standard leather jacket. Please take the thickness of the mouton into consideration when selecting your size.

Natural leather products may vary slightly from piece to piece, and the fit may gradually change as the leather and wool soften with wear.
