Introducing the LEALAND ENGINEER BOOTS from Makers.

The upper is made from Horween Chromexcel leather.

Richly infused with oils, Chromexcel is known for its supple feel, deep luster, and expressive tonal variation.

With wear, pronounced creases develop around the vamp and ankle, while areas of friction gradually take on a deeper shine, allowing the leather to develop a highly individual patina over time.

The LEALAND is based on a classic 1950s engineer boot and represents an updated version of the HORSE ENGINEER CLASSIC previously produced by Makers.

The boots are constructed using the Goodyear welt method.

A Dr.Sole outsole is used in a separate sole configuration, providing durability and grip while complementing the classic character of the boot.

Compared with the Makers HORSE ENGINEER, the LEALAND features a rounder and more substantial toe shape.

At the same time, the heel area is designed to be more compact, improving the sense of fit when the foot is inside the boot.

The insole features the Makers brand name, while the inside of the toe is lined with moisture-absorbent cotton herringbone fabric.

All sizes are made in E width.

The soft and flexible nature of Chromexcel leather allows the boots to begin conforming to the foot relatively quickly, while still retaining the substantial presence expected from an engineer boot.

BURGUNDY is particularly expressive, shifting in appearance depending on the light. In brighter conditions the red tones become more noticeable, while in softer light the color can appear closer to a deep brown.

As the boots are worn, creasing, luster, and tonal variation continue to develop, giving the leather even greater depth and character over time.

HOW TO MEASURE

SIZE INFORMATION

The measurements above are exterior measurements of the finished product.

Outsole Length is measured in a straight line from the tip of the toe to the farthest point of the heel.

Outsole Width is measured straight across the widest part of the outsole.

Heel Height is measured vertically from the ground-contact surface to the top of the heel.

Shaft Height is measured vertically from the rear heel area to the top of the boot opening, excluding the heel.

All sizes are made in E width.

Engineer boots fit differently from standard lace-up shoes and boots. The recommended size may vary depending on your usual footwear size and foot shape.
