Introducing the “1949 BONNEVILLE” CREW NECKED THERMAL LONG SLEEVE SHIRT from FREEWHEELERS.

The motif is inspired by the BONNEVILLE SALT FLATS, located near the border of Utah and Nevada.

Known for its vast, flat salt surface, Bonneville has long been one of the most iconic locations in the world of motorsports, especially for land-speed trials involving automobiles and motorcycles.

This piece is designed with the image of a commemorative thermal shirt from the first speed trial race held in 1949.

The front features a graphic inspired by the racing events of the era, applied using a soak-in print technique in which the dye penetrates the fabric.

With repeated wear and washing, the print will gradually fade and soften, developing a more vintage character along with the fabric itself.

The fabric is made from 100% cotton in a vintage-style medium-weight waffle knit.

It has a moderate amount of elasticity and resilience, allowing it to conform naturally to the body while maintaining a comfortable fitted silhouette.

Thanks to the excellent warmth of the thermal fabric, it works well as a standalone top in cooler weather and as an insulating layer under shirts, sweatshirts, and jackets during winter.
